We buy unique software annually from Submit to process the entrants to our competition.

Entries come from all over the world. We need to grow this reputation 

The management of this event starts in Sept/Oct and runs up to the Festival in February.

What's involved?

Setting the criteria for the year’s entries

Setting up the information to inform entrants. Booking judges

Encouraging community involvement as well especially schools

Making the call for entries

Assisting entrants with problems in submitting entries

Working with the judges to select the winners etc

Advising the entrants of the judging decisions

Setting up the display of poetry at the Festival a

Arranging the prize giving

Arranging for poetry to be available in a booklet for sale

General publicity
